During the visit of the Accreditation Institute of the Republic of Macedonia, organized as part of the training “Quality Infrastructure for Food Safety” for the Balkan region, the IARM signed a cooperation agreement with the accreditation body of the Republic of Moldova (Center of accreditation in the field of products conformity assessment – CAECP).
The subject of the agreement is to ensure continuous connection between the two accreditation bodies for standardization of the accreditation process in the region in order to enable mutual support for the development of accreditation in both countries. The cooperation agreement envisages exchange of experiences, participation in information sessions, conferences, workshops, etc., joint participation in trainings, organization of assessments with assessment teams with members of both accreditation bodies and conducting joint accreditations in accordance with the rules of European and international accreditation organizations.
